Why FableVault splits riddle generation from ruling.
Design principles
- No persuasion. You solve a riddle, you do not jailbreak the model.
- One answer per attempt. Precision beats volume.
- Public log. Every attempt is visible.
- Independent judge. Ruling is a separate Fable 5 call.
Archivist vs judge
The Archivist generates a fresh riddle per wallet attempt. The judge receives only the riddle and your answer. It never sees chat history or prior persuasion attempts.
SOLVE means the judge believes you cracked the riddle. REFUSE means you did not. There is no partial credit.
On-chain roadmap
Today, attempts run server-side for testing. Next step is hashing every exchange and committing rulings on Solana for provably fair verification.
